Save fees - use Eftpos

The big banks charge heavily for non-customers using their ATMs - even to check account balances - and we have to pass these costs onto you.  You'll save fees by getting cash out when you make an Eftpos purchase rather than using a bank ATM.  And don't use bank ATMs to check your balance, use our FREE Internet or Phone Banking services instead.

How do I get one?

You can call into either the Manukau or Wellington branch.  Alternatively, you can email or phone us on 0800 800 143 and we'll mail out the respective forms for you to complete and return.  Providing you are funding your account on a regular basis, we'll then mail your card to you immediately and it will be ready for use as soon as you receive it.
